General Manager - Owner

Doug is the General Manager and Owner of ServiceMaster Contract Services. Doug has cleaned his way to the top, starting out as part of a cleaning crew over 40 years ago . Doug has aquired a vast knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry and works with clients to ensure their service fits their business. Doug and his team clean and maintain close to 5 million square feet of property every day. Doug is active in the community that he serves and is a noted member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.

Margaret Hopkins
HR/Office Manager

Margaret is the friendly face behind our Helpdesk, directing and ensuring all customer communication and on-site service is properly and effectively coordinated. She has helped to create a professional and well-trained team for customer benefit and company quality.

Brij -
Crew Supervisor Hamilton Area

Brij provides customer service to our clients in the Hamilton area. He works with his crew of cleaners to complete all jobs in accordance with our clients specifications and ServiceMaster's high standards. Brij supports his cleaning crew making sure that they have all supplies and equipment required at each location.

Nina -
Crew Supervisor Oakville Area

As a Supervisor Nina provides training, support and guidance to cleaning crew members. On site she co-ordinates the schedules and work activities of the crew members. Nina oversees the delivery of supplies and equipment and inspects each location to ensure that clients receive the quality of cleaning that they expect.

Santiago -
Crew Supervisor Hamilton - Burlington Area

Santiago is responsible for managing cleaning operations and staff assigned to commercial client sites.

Dana -
Crew Supervisor
